    Amanda is a seasoned HR Business Partner and Manager with over 20 years of experience, forging her corporate career through organisations such as NZTA, Downer, and Higgins. Her extensive background in HR is marked by a people-centric approach and a track record of delivering outstanding service across various sectors. 
    Amanda excels in connecting with and influencing stakeholders at all levels within an organisation, establishing herself as a trusted advisor, coach, and facilitator. Her generalist HR expertise is complemented by a pragmatic, personable style that allows her to tackle difficult conversations with ease.  Amanda can take your strategic goals and turn them into actionable plans that resonate with stakeholders. 
    Amanda has a notable history of setting up effective teams, fostering high-performance cultures, and navigating collaborative contracts. Her ability to rapidly adapt, solve problems and optimise results ensures that organisations can focus on what they do best. 
    Outside of her professional life, Amanda’s passion for water sports often takes her to the water, while her love for travel leads her on quests for exceptional coffee and craft beer. Having lived in the Manawatu region for over 20 years, she and her family fully embrace the local lifestyle and all it has to offer.


    Erin Wasley

    Human Resources

    With a solid foundation in payroll, Erin has seamlessly transitioned into an HR career over the past five years. Her diverse experience spans both the public and private sectors, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of various organisational needs and HR functions. Erin thrives on providing practical, actionable guidance that helps organisations navigate their HR challenges effectively.
    Erin’s approach to HR is deeply founded in relationship-building. She prioritises understanding each organisation's unique requirements and tailoring her support to meet their specific needs. This personalised approach allows her to offer insightful solutions and foster a positive, productive work environment.
    Outside the professional realm, Erin is an enthusiastic supporter of her children's sporting activities, often found cheering from the sidelines. When she does carve out some personal time, she enjoys unwinding with a good cup of coffee. Erin's blend of professional expertise and personal passions underscores her commitment to balancing work and life while making a meaningful impact in her field.
